Thanks for choosing SMM Follows ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website (smmfollows.net) and our social media services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
2. Our Services
SMM Follows provides services to help you grow your social media presence, like followers, likes, views, etc., for various platforms. Details about each service (like delivery speed) are on the specific service pages.
We always try to provide high-quality services. However, social media platforms can change, and sometimes numbers (like followers) might drop. We're not responsible for drops caused by platform updates. Some services might come with a "refill" guarantee if numbers drop within a certain time – check the service description for this.
3. Your Account and Responsibilities
If you create an account with SMM Follows, please provide accurate and current information. You're responsible for keeping your account password safe.
Important: SMM Follows will NEVER ask for your social media account passwords. We only need your username or a link to your profile/post to deliver our services.
You agree not to use our Services for anything illegal or to misuse our platform (like trying to harm it or others).
4. Payments
All SMM Follows services must be paid for in advance. We accept various payment methods, which you'll see at checkout. By providing payment info, you allow us to charge you for the services you order.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with SMM Follows. Here’s our refund policy:
- Service Not Delivered: If we don't deliver your order as described and within a reasonable time (and it's not due to wrong info from you or big platform issues), you might get a full or partial refund. This could be to your SMM Follows account balance or your original payment method, depending on the situation.
- Service Different Than Described: If what you receive is very different from what you ordered, contact our support within 7 days. We'll look into it and might offer a partial refund, account credit, or redeliver the service.
- Canceling Orders: Once an order starts processing, it usually can't be canceled. If you need to cancel, contact support right away. If it hasn't started, we might be able to cancel and refund.
- When We Don't Offer Refunds:
- If the order was completed correctly.
- For drops in followers/engagement after completion, unless a refill guarantee was active and applies.
- If your social media account gets banned or suspended (we use safe methods, but platform rules can change, and we don't control user actions or platform decisions).
- If you provided the wrong username or link for your order.
- How to Request a Refund: Contact our support team with your order ID and explain the problem. We usually process requests in 5-7 business days.
SMM Follows can refuse a refund if we think there's fraud or abuse of our services. All refunds are decided by SMM Follows.
6. Our Responsibility (Limitation of Liability)
SMM Follows works hard to provide great services, but we can't be held responsible for indirect problems or losses (like lost profits or data) that might happen from using our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms sometimes. If we make big changes, we'll try to let you know (for example, by posting on our site). If you keep using SMM Follows after changes, it means you accept the new Terms.
